Returns & Exchanges

You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in pristine condition
  • Original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories must be included and undamaged
  • Items must not be washed, altered, customized, or damaged
  • Items can only be tried on for inspection and must not show signs of use beyond an initial check

Returns or exchanges are not accepted in the following situations:

  • Items that do not meet the condition requirements outlined above
  • Items missing original packaging, accessories, or labels
  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling after delivery
  • Items returned without prior authorization

All returns and exchanges must be requested and approved before items are sent back.

To request a return or exchange, contact our support team at support@florencetrevani.com within the return window and provide:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
  • The reason for the request
  • Clear photos, where applicable

Returns sent without prior approval will be refused.

  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, return shipping costs are covered by Florence Trevani
  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • No restocking fees are charged

If approved, refunds are processed within 7 days and issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

Refund processing times vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@florencetrevani.com.

Cancellations are only possible before an order has been shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and the return process must be followed after delivery.

Shipping Informations

Florence Trevani ships orders within the United States only.

All orders are shipped free of charge within the United States.

  • No shipping fees are charged
  • The total amount payable is displayed at checkout before order confirmation
  • Orders are processed within 1–3 days (Monday to Friday)
  • Transit time is 4–5 days (Monday to Friday)
  • Total delivery time is typically 5–8 business days, including processing and transit

After an order is placed and payment is successfully authorized, an order confirmation email is sent. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. This allows you to track your order from dispatch to shipping.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly at support@florencetrevani.com.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs where applicable.

Once reviewed, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which includes a free replacement or a full refund, in accordance with your consumer rights.
